Returns
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt (21 days for orders outside Europe) in case you are not entirely satisfied with your buy.
This require you return the item unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund postage costs and we will charge you a handling fee of 14€ (approx 100 DKR) if the order was shipped to you outside of Denmark.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
